With the goal of opening ourselves to having
communion with God, to nourishing our soul daily in
prayer, we come to the Scriptures.
Read and reread, think and rethink one or more of
the following suggested phrases or thoughts as a
friend of Christ and see what comes to mind
involving your whole person.
It is an engagement with the living Word. It is a
personal encounter with the Christ. It can change
us. It can invigorate our faith as we join with the
saints of the past at the throne of God.
